Congress Date and Venue:
The Congress will be held from November 18th to 20th, 2020 in Ege University Faculty of Nursing.
Official language of the congress is Turkish. According to the scientific program there will be simultaneous translation to English and vice versa.
Registration and Information Desk:
The desk will be open between 08.00 – 20.00 during the congress.
Participants who complete their registration can request invitation letter. The participants can use the invitation letter for visa application or to have permission of their institution. This invitation letter does not provide any financial support to the participant.
It is necessary for the meeting to wear badges at the entrance to the meeting center, in exhibition areas, poster areas and other social programs during scientific sessions.
Certificate of Attendance:
All participants who register for the congress will be given a certificate of participation on the last day of the congress.
Papers will be sent online using the Abstract Submission Module. Since the abstracts will be printed as sent, attention should be paid to the typographical errors.
The width of the posters should be 70 cm and the height should be 90 cm. The posters should be designed in such a way that they can be read from 1 meter distance.
During the congress, pharmaceutical and medical companies will exhibit their products in the area reserved for them at the Congress Center. The exhibition area will be open throughout the entire convention.
Speaker Ready Room:
You should have no difficulty delivering your presentations, you should bring your presentations with you with a portable memory and have a copy with you. When you deliver your presentation, it is strongly requested that you check it in the presentation control room. All halls will have laptops and imaging devices. If a presentation is requested from personal computers, information should be given to the technical table located in the hall. In order to avoid any disruption, you must deliver your presentations to the slide room to prepare them for publication at least 1 hour before your session time.
